Terms and Conditions


By placing an order with Pro Print & Signage Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Orders & Artwork

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or signed form).

Customers are responsible for providing the correct artwork, spelling, and design.

We will send a proof before printing. Once approved, we are not responsible for any errors.


2. Turnaround & Delivery

Turnaround time starts after artwork approval and payment (if required).

We aim to meet deadlines but are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery or collection options will be confirmed when you order.


3. Payments

Payment must be made before printing unless agreed otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include: Bank transfer, Cash, Debit card or Credit Card (which may incur and extra charge).


4. Refunds & Cancellations

Custom printed items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

If you cancel after printing has started, you will still be charged.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.


5. Customer Responsibility

You must have the right to use any logos, images, or content you send us.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues.


6. Our Responsibility

We aim to provide high-quality printing and service.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

We are not responsible for any loss of business caused by delays or errors.


7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on request.
